Shipping: estimating for customer

We are a winery, and ship wine in different-sized boxes, depending on how much wine the customer orders. If you order one bottle, it comes in a one-bottle shipper. But if you order 12 bottles it comes in a 12-pack wine shipper. But the system only uses a Default package for estimating shipping. Does anyone have a solution to this ?
