Mass Delete of Transactions Stops at 1,000

Is there a way to overcome the apparent built-in limit of allowing only 1,000 transactions at a time to be deleted?

We have over 50,000 transactions to delete. When I click on the Mass Update/Delete Preview button, it shows a count of all 50,000+ transactions. But when I click on "Update" to execute the deletion, NetSuite reports that only 1,000 records were updated (deleted) after it is finished.

Is there any way to make this more efficient so I don't have to execute the exact same mass delete 50 times!!?!?! :eek:
