Netsuite Removal of Free Accountant Role

I was moving some seat licenses around on Friday to account for some internal changes on our end.

When I went to assign the free accountant role back to my accountant, I was unable to successfully reassign the free accountant role to him.

I opened a trouble ticket after some back and forth here is the NS response:

After further checking, I have verified that the Free Accountant role option was removed as of last Thursday. A vendor role user login that currently uses the Free Accountant option, the user will be upgraded to a Full Access user if one is available in the account. If it is not, the vendor access will count as a seat/license usage.
