Knowledge Base - Adding Pictures
Not sure if I'm using the right section of Netsuite or not based on what we are trying to accomplish. Currently, we are using the Knowledge Base section of Netsuite to communicate processes internally to our employees. I love most things about how the Knowledge Base works thus far, but I still have a few questions...
1) Is there a way to insert images into the topics, sub-topics, or solutions?
2) Do different templates offer anything more or is it just based on style and feel?
3) Is there something else NS offers that might be better then the Knowledge Base for this?
