Worst SUpport Ive Ever seen - SOMEONE ADDRESS OUR ISSUES!
Good Afternoon,
Week 2 is about to end after this upgrade and our systems are a mess, and netsuite support doesnt seem to have any idea how to fix them.
I have made over 4 tickets, have defect numbers, and am getting no help, planning, or solution. Support seems to be just fine with making modification to my LIVE system with 40 users now working and has no idea the ramifications. Then we are forced to roll back the setting, and they simply have no suggestions.
I have never experienced less helpful support on any software ive encountered.
Why exactly, is the honus of repairing the system on me, when your upgrade caused all of the issues???
