Urgent Certifcate Authority Problem

We bought 2 SSL certificates from Thawte and GoDaddy as both were supported CAs mentioned in Netsuite SuiteScript Documentation. But neither worked.

Can anyone at Netsuite point out a SSL provider that we can use, and that Netsuite knows for sure works ??

This is super urgent and support is not getting back to us quick enough... we need something ASAP but don't want to buy another CA and not have it work!!
