Error 405 When Customers Add To Shopping Cart

Okay, this has been a problem for over a week and I would like to know what Netsuite is going to do about it.

We've had MANY customers call us regarding this issue that they get a 405 error - Method Not Allowed when adding an item to their shopping cart.

We already know that this is occuring with many Netsuite websites but this has apparently not been fixed.

I just finished talking with a customer who said he couldn't place his order over the weekend so he ordered from a competitor. This is unacceptable that a Netsuite error like this continues to hamper our business.
