Different abilities in same role
I recently updated all of our custom roles to improve segregation of duties. I have an AP Specialist Role that 3 people on my team have and 2 of them have the exact same abilities to perform tasks, view, etc. in NetSuite, however one of them cannot view the same thing as the others.
Similarly, I have an AR Specialist role where one person can edit non-GL changes in closed periods but the other cannot.
Everyone is using FireFox. I don't understand why people with the exact same role have different abilities!
Anyone else having this problem? We filed a case with support but I don't have the case number because the person that filed it is out.
