Websites Slower Since Upgrade

Is it just us or has any other companies noticed a significant slowdown in their website since the upgrade. Almost instantly after upgrade our website has continually taken longer to load pictures, etc.

The really interesting thing is that Alexa after several years of ranking our website as Fast now ranks it as Average within 48 hours of the upgrade.

We see the speed change but does anyone else notice any change in their website's speed?
