Our entire company financials have been corrupted! Again!

Heads up to anyone that has used landed cost in a location and then transferred the inventory at a later date.  Two years ago we found a bug that "left" the landed cost in the original location.  Six months later an upgrade fixed the bug - then all of  a sudden NS ran some COGS utility across our account (a number of times over many months) that revalued present AND PAST inventory values of affected items.  This changed things in closed periods.  Apparently this was fixed to never happen again.  You can imagine how our accounting team greeted the new
