Order came through without payment info
Just filed case # 1255605, Order came through without payment info
While checking the latest orders that came through our website, I realized one had come through without payment of any kind.
I checked the credit card processor, and there is not record of a payment authorization, OR a decline.
I contacted the customer, he said he received a Decline message.
Our Orders are not supposed to come through NetSuite if declined.
We tested our website, and could not proceed if payment was not entered.
NetSuite, can you take a look please?
