Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Cannot enter bills or journal entries
Major problem: starting today, all of our users (except administrators) cannot enter bills or journal entries. At first the problem was just with our custom roles, but now the standard roles (e.g. accountant) are not working. The user goes to Enter Bills or Make Journal Entry and this notice appears: No appropriate forms are enabled for this role. Please contact your Administrator.
This has ground our business to a halt. Anyone else having this problem or know of a workaround? I reported to support as a defect.
