Data security - backing up and restoring?

We have having a 3rd party NetSuite developer implement some code using Web Services so our website orders are imported into NetSuite. The developer would like us to give him use of one of our logins for a few days so he can implement the code and test it to make sure it works correctly. He said he will need a Full Access role. I'm a little nervous giving someone outside the company Full Access to our NetSuite account. If he were to do something that deleted some of our data, would we be able to get it back? Would
