NS Does Not Log Failed Logins!?

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:53PM in General 2 comments

We have had several people getting locked out with the message that they entered the wrong password 6 times in a row- myself included but it wasn't me who attempted to login. I have come into the office several times with my account locked out it has also happened in the middle of the day, and other people have been experiencing the same thing.

I called NS support but to my surprise I was informed that NS only logs successful logins- there is no way to see an IP address or login attempt time. This is an extremely important security feature! Without knowing the IP of the person attempting the failed login we have no way to know if this is, as the support rep suggested, someone playing a prank in the office or a legitimate attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Howdy, Stranger!
