SoapException using web services

My processes that use web services are erroring out this morning. Unfortunately the exception being thrown is non-specific, "An unexpected error occurred." I'm not sure what is affected since the exception is thrown as the process calls the login function so I can't get any further.

Is anyone able to connect this morning?
