Tracking number no longer linked
We can no longer click on the shipment tracking number on a sales order to track the shipment. I received the following message from NetSuite Support:
"During the upgrade to 2011.2, it has been rolled out that tracking numbers on sales orders not using real time rates and if a tracking number is not generated in NetSuite then it will not be a link anymore on the sales order.
I will just attach your case to the Enhancement requesting to have this feature again."
I can not understand why such a feature would be discontinued in an upgrade. I thought upgrades were to make the product better.... no??
