Email In Preferences Being Ignored
I can't believe this is happening again after Netsuite had this error a couple years ago. All employees sending emails from anywhere in the Netsuite system are defaulting to their address rather than the preferred address setup on each employees account. This is really bad because we have all emails going back to sales and not each individual employees email.
This must have happened on Friday's upgrade. I'm putting in a case now but this is super annoying!
