Issues In Netsuite Speed in the UK

Has any one else had issues in speed with a slowness happening over the last 2 weeks, with the proformance being hit and miss on pet results. One min its 3.3 sec to load a customer, next its 30sec. If so what's the idea pet results for loading a customer/quote for yourself's

This has already been logged with support for over a week now, and am trying to get a feel if its just us that is having these issues or if any one else is?
