I've just had support on the phone, presumably from a mobile phone under the sea somewhere... what is the point of calling anyone from you're 1940's phone system? Seriously... I have no idea what I agreed or disagreed with so I guess I'll wait for the case notes to be updated... which I can't click into anyway from the email notifications because the links are broken... Imagine I treated our customers that way? I wouldn't have any...
