NS email confirmations blocked by Hotmail?
Hi,
My users are reporting instances where quote / confirmation emails from within NS transactions are being blocked by the Hotmail servers.
Typical error message is:
NS server = nmail3.netsuite.com
mx1.hotmail.com #<mx1.hotmail.com #5.0.0 smtp; 550 OU-001 (SNT0-MC2-F20) Unfortunately, messages from 167.216.129.171 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list.
No indication yet as to when this started or indeed if all messages to hotmail accounts have been impacted.
