One World Fallout
Netsuite, we need your help. Big time.
We need installed One-World 3 weeks ago and during that time we've had over 20 related
cases.
The problem is that 5 of them have negatively impacted our business in a drastic way and still remain open. We've communicated our cases to support but there is no foreseeable solution.
Our rep has done his best to escalate these issues and cases, but again we've seen nothing come to fruition.
Defect 218445 (S2)
We can no longer get web query's data.
Impact: Manufacturing is blind since we use a complex spreadsheet to do forecasting/ordering.
Defect 219044 (S2)
We can no longer assess finance charges to our customers, at all.
