Impossible to do an email merge?

I've created a relatively simple saved search (with some help).

It's got summary criteria and so I need to group the results. It seems that we still can't create Netsuite groups from summary searches.

Does that mean my best option to do an email blast to this list of customers is to export the results to excel and use Mailchimp instead of NetSuite?
