Error with line item deletion on orders

We are having a weird error occur on sales orders, purchase orders, etc. When we are editing them, if we go to an item and remove it, instead of removing the selected line item it removes the line item BELOW what is selected. This started happening last Thurs or Fri, and it still happening today. Happens in both Chrome and IE.

Anybody else have this error or any suggested solution? It has resulted in errors on our end as certain items have been accidentally deleted from orders!
