Checkout is down?

It appears that people can't checkout through our site.

I put items in cart -> Checkout -> On the new/returning customer page, I select new -> I put in a name and email and hit continue -> I'm returned to a different page on the site.

We just started a case, but we literally are dead in the water right now, so if anyone has any ideas, or the same issue, please help!
