Date Closed w/ 'last month' reporting period
Just a word of warning -
In a saved search, if you are using the 'last month' predefined reporting period with the 'Date Closed' field, it does NOT return data for the last day of the month. Per NS support -
"Date Closed field stores the time component with the date. With a within criteria of "2012-12-01 00:00:00.0" and "2012-12-31 00:00:00.0" it's the same as saying anything between 12/1 and 12/30."
So basically, if you are using 'last month', you will only get data from the 1st day of the month through, not the last day of the month, but the day before the last day of the month.
