Defect 240239

Anyone on here file this defect?  We have one that was marked as a duplicate.  We have had the defect filed for over a month now with no resolution. 

What are your symptoms/error messages?  Is it classified as S1, S2, S3?

Any information to get this moving in the right direction would be good.  We are losing sales because of this.
