Website search not working! S2 Priority?????

Our website search is not working for last three days. Netsuite has it as S2 priority with no date. 50% of our sales happen through website search and there are many search based URLs in Gogole adwords, Email campaigns and many places which are broken now. This is having a huge impact on our sales and Netsuite has put this as S2 Priority even though I requested for S1.

Not at all happy!
