No Sales Tax codes in drop down menu

Hi There

When entering a sales order or a bill, the sales tax codes are no longer available in the drop down menu.  I am not sure why this happened.  The only one that shows up is the one I created a few weeks ago.  Without entering the sales code we cannot create the sales order, the fulfillment or the invoice.  This issue is preventing us from moving forward with our sales process and is delaying the part delivery to the customer.
