We have a record that was changed by a user who swore they were not at their keyboard.
We thought perhaps they were mistaken, until we realized the user has read only access to the record. They should have never been able to make the change.
This has been verified with Netsuite. They have confirmed that somehow a user account with read only access was able to modify a record.... and our user still swears (and has multiple witnesses) that they were nowhere near their computer at the time of the change. So we have no idea HOW the record changed. And Netsuite cannot even tell us the context (e.g. UI, workflow, CSV import, etc.)
