How to detect User-Agent from scriptlet

I'm having trouble with a scriptlet timing out, but only from IE.  I'd like to log the user agent header to debug this.

How do I get the http header?

r = nlapiRequestURL("http://shopping.netsuite.com/app/site/backend/additemtocart.nl")
r.getHeader("User-Agent") always returns null
