black listed IP

for the past 2 days some of my order confirmation emails have  been bounced.  Network solutions (my email host) informed me the IP address NetSuite is using has been blacklisted:

inbound.justpaperroses.com.netsolmail.net[206.188.198.64] said: 553 5.3.0
    167.216.129.171 Rejected -

NetSuite - please fix this (stop using that IP address)
