Advanced Inventory Management gone wrong

I just went to raise some orders after the weekend and the system has gone nuts and set huge reorder points and prefered stock levels. I presume that someone has been mucking around with the algorythms but the result is I am now unable to raise any orders as I cannot identify the items I need to order.
