NetSuite for Outlook (some reasons to be leery)

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:47PM in General 27 comments

All day today I have been getting the same error from a restlet used in the Outlook integration. Just another irritant with this buggy software.

Bundle Name: NetSuite for Outlook (beta)
Environment: Production
Date & Time: 9/8/2013 1:54 pm
Execution Time: 0.29s
Script Usage: 0
Script: Outlook Restlet Web Services
Type: RESTlet
Function: Celigo.ScriptManager.doGET
Error: JS_EXCEPTION
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/netledger/app/center/userprefs

The problem was (for me) that I had installed the integration several times before so I ended up with 2 and 3 events showing. Also, there is a bug where the plugin will rename the organizer to some gobblety goock that ruins the event in Outlook. I am missing reminders from long standing recurring meetings resulting in people having to call me to see if I am

Howdy, Stranger!
