Netsuite Access Very Slow

We're in Canada and since yesterday our Netsuite access has been very slow. Some clients switched to system2.netsuite.com with much improvement.

Today we're still about the same. Below are the results from opening the same sales order in the two systems about one minute apart.

Network   3.994 (19.02%)
Client   16.271 (77.50%)

system2.netsuite.com
Total   1.507
Server   0.566 (37.56%)
Network   0.323 (21.43%)
Client   0.618 (41.01%)
Page   /app/accounting/transactions/salesord.nl?id=71388

Anyone else with this issue in system.netsuite.com?

Update: Created Case# 1866825
Trace results also show system.netsuite.com has issues. System2 no problem.
