Netsuite,

Can you please provide details as to what happened those 2 days, and what is being done to prevent this in the future?  The little blurb of text that status.netsuite.com gives me no reassurance that this will not happen again.  The powers above me are screaming at me for an explanation.  If it truly was something that ONLY happened at 1 data center, why were we just not all moved to a different data center?  Is that not the point of redundancy?  I can understand a small amount of downtime during a transition like that, but 2-3 hours seems a
