Error occured during checkout
I am the admin for two Netsuite accounts.
I started receiving emails for "An error occurred during checkout" tonight on one of the accounts.
I have tried placing orders in the web stores of both accounts and the server is timing out, which is causing the errors.
First, I want this fixed.
Second, I want to know why I have not been receiving any of these emails for the second account? We received an email from a customer at 7:00 PM EST that they could not submit an order. I never received any error emails for that account.
Is anyone else getting these errors?
