Defect 300707- CSV Imports

Hi Guys,
We have an issue with csv- specifically that it is taking an unbelievable amount of time for csv imports.  As we are in the middle of a go live for major warehouse changes, this means that all locations are dead in the water and will be unable to ship until we can get the data moved- We are turning on bins/advanced bins, and assigning the 'use bins' and preferred bins to thousands of items.  One import of about 15k lines took well over 18 hours to finish.  We have several more in the queue, and at this rate, they will
