Dear {customer name}, your order 123456 has been received...

eg:

Dear Joe, your order 123456 has been received...

Today they say...

Dear [EMAIL="joe@acmewidgets.com"]joe@acmewidgets.com[/EMAIL], your order 123456 has been received...
