Company Shipping Addresses have Disappeared

As of this morning, we no longer have company shipping address entries on our purchase orders, nor the links to create them.  When a purchase order is created, the default address for our company is put in. If the order is edited, as there is no shipping address selected, upon saving the shipping address becomes blank.

This is like this on all of our Purchase orders, custom and standard.

Anyone else seeing this?
