Time Tracking Error
Hello,
My company has now had two different errors occur, related to time tracking.
The first error is when an technician tries to enter time on a customer record, to account for the time they spent for that particular customer. This something they've been doing for years but now it's giving them an error saying they do no have sufficient permissions.
The second error is occurring when our administrator tries to enter a case for 3d printing jobs. The time tab, where the technician would enter the time it took to complete the print, says it's loading. When she tries to save it says an unexpected error has occurred.
