Netsuite for Outlook saving signature as images
Hello and good morning.
I am fairly new to the Netsuite system so please forgive any ignorances!
We are using Netsuite for Outlook for our email client, Outlook 2007. It is brilliant and users are happy with what it is capable of doing. But the only issue is that, we have a images in signature(About 4) for all the users. We noticed that these images are getting saved as files under customers record when an email is saved (for a customer) using Netsuite for Outlook.
Is there a way to avoid Netsuite from attaching these signatures as images. Or is there any work around to delete them automatically from files.
