Shipping / address area is broken in reference checkout v2.03.1
We use reference checkout (the latest version). We're getting a rash of customers calling and complaining about NOT being able to place their order online. All the issues relate to addresses. These are some of the complaints...
* Error = no shipping method available for this address
* Reloads without saving billing address when clicking to save billing address
* Occasionally we've found removing special characters helped
* Error = address doesn't exist
* Customers say it shows the spinning "working" icon and takes them back to stage 1 of checkout
Anyone else getting these errors?
I've asked the customers about their browsers and some customers are in IE and others are in Chrome. So, it isn't browser specific.
