Search error: Parentheses are unbalanced (but not in saved search)
My users are reporting that they are intermittently getting the following error - Search error: Parentheses are unbalanced - in a couple of scenarios.
1) When in a customer account record they click Edit next to a Sales Order under the Sales tab.
2) When they paste a SO number in the Global Search box (not sure if if is limited to sales orders).
In either case, logging out of Netsuite solves the problem.
Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing this?
I see some posts for "unbalanced parenthesis" but they seem to relate to Saved Search errors.
