Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Netsuite UI is very slow on one account but not other
One of our Netsuite accounts is running fine.
The other is very slow, it took about 3 minutes to login and it taking at least 3 minutes to get to the Support area so I can submit a case.
Anyone else having issues?
