Corruption of our NetSuite Settings or Database?

We have been running Netsuite for 7 months,

In the last couple of weeks, users have been reporting a series of intermittent issues which have changed behaviours of how our NetSuite functions. This includes things like:
[LIST]
[*]Some opportunities showing the opportunity value as being the value of the first item in the opportunity, rather than the sum of all the items
[*]Emails being generated and sent automatically to our customers upon saving a sales order or estimate
[*]Email attachments sometimes being sent as html, whereas previously they were sent as pdf attachments
[*]Changes to estimate status no longer  being reflected back in the related opportunity
