Unable to calculate UPS Realtime Rates on KITs
Customers are reporting that they're unable to calculate UPS realtime rates and therefor can NOT check out of our web store. We've seen it for ourself on the NetSuite back-end as well. A customer called and we tried entering their address manually. After getting their address verified, we'd click the calculate shipping button and nothing would happen.
We finally figured out what was the common problem with all customers reporting the issue.
It is KITs. NetSuite is no longer calculating shipping for orders that only have a kit item. This is huge for us. Help!
