Netsuite generated emails and replies going into spam

Hi, Over the last few days, emails generated by Netsuite (such as reports/searches/case assignments, customer replies to NS generated emails, etc.) are ending up in our spam/junk folders. This only started happening recently. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, what did you do to resolve it? Thank you.
