Looooong page load times

We are having page loads of up to a minute. On one of mine it took 59.54 seconds. According to the log 55.xx was server, and of that 54.xx was Server Suitescripts. Any ideas as to what is going on? No changes were made on our end over the weekend and it wasnt like this when I left on Friday.
