Web Service Integration Issues

Is anyone else experiencing issues using the web service integration in there production environment?  We are experiencing several errors that are failing to update/create/add records to NetSuite.  This is an example error that we keep receiving.  We also upgraded our applications and integration to TLS 1.2 already.
