Error: Retrieving Lists In NetSuite

We have a program that pulls excel lists into NS and converts to quotes. As of this morning we are seeing an error that says it can't retrieve the lists in NetSuite. I have verified the lists are still there and the ID has not changed. Anyone else seeing issues with 3rd party software connecting and talking to NS?
